ABOUT ME

Almost 30 years ago, I moved to Colorado and built a life here, a family, a career, a community I love deeply. I raised my twin daughters in this town, put down roots, and watched this community grow and change alongside me.  I grew up in a large family surrounded by grandparents, siblings, and a large extended family. And when my aunt and cousins navigated an Alzheimer's diagnosis, I witnessed firsthand how overwhelming that journey can be and how much it matters to have the right support around you. Volunteering with the Circle of Care Project here in Boulder has only deepened that conviction; sharing stories and building friendships with older adults has been a true gift, and a daily reminder of how essential community is as we age.

Throughout my life I've learned patience, advocacy, and how to hold space for the people you love during life's biggest moments. Those experiences live in everything I do as a placement advisor. Because finding the right community for your family member isn't just a transaction, it's a turning point. And you deserve someone in your corner who genuinely cares.
